God’s Love Isn’t Fair?
I believe there is a deception from the devil that makes us think God’s love is not fair to each person. We often compare our lives with those people around us—especially nowadays with the constant influence of social media. But how can we truly measure the love of God?
The Scriptures say: “And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered” (Mt. 10:30). Research shows that most of us lose or grow about 50 to 100 hairs per day. Yet, according to this verse, God knows and cares about even those details. This shows that we are always in the mind of God. He is watching over us and accompanying us every day—every moment of our lives. This is the complete opposite of the devil’s deception that God sometimes abandons us.
God loves us individually
He created each of us uniquely, with different strengths, weaknesses, and life stories—according to His wisdom and divine plan.
Now, does God’s love differ for each and every person? For example, does God love the poor more than the rich—or vice versa? I believe His love does not depend on these things. What truly matters is how we acknowledge our need for Him in the midst of the crosses we carry. When we recognize Him, depend on Him, and continually call on His name, we enter into a deeper, more intimate relationship with Him. And in that closeness, we experience His care and love even more.
